Print Competitions
Club competitions are open to any Fresno Camera Club member with membership dues in good standing. All prints entered in each division are judged as one (1) class.
Print Divisions
a. Color: Images are photographed by the maker and printed by the maker either in the dark room or on maker’s computer or at a Photo Lab.
b. Monochrome: Black and white prints are exposed by the maker and printed by the maker or by a commercial lab.
Any member may enter a total of 4 prints in each competition, They may enter 2 color images and 2 monochrome images.
Print Preparation
Prints must be mounted and may be matted, but may not be framed. Mount board should support the print, and be light colored on the back so that the stamp, date and score can be easily read.
Print Sizes
Prints in all divisions:
Minimum 5 x 7 excluding a mat
Maximum 16 x 20 including a mat.
Identification (Labeling)
The following information should be printed legibly in the upper left corner on the back of the mount:
a. Division entered i.e. Color, Monochrome or Commercial
b. Title of Print
c. Maker’s name (address optional)
